Each carrier requires a set of credentials that ShipCelero uses to communicate with the carrier's API on your behalf. These credentials come from your existing carrier account — you cannot use ShipCelero's rates.

Where to add credentials

Go to Settings → Integrations. Each carrier appears as a separate section. Click Add or Edit next to the carrier you want to configure.

PostNord credentials

  • API key — generated in the PostNord Developer Portal (developer.postnord.com)
  • Customer number — your PostNord customer number (starts with a letter, e.g. "12345678")
  • Sender country — the country your shipments originate from

GLS credentials

  • Customer ID — your GLS customer number
  • Contact number — provided by GLS when your account was set up
  • Username and password — your GLS web service credentials (not your GLS portal login)

DHL Express credentials

  • Account number — your DHL Express account number
  • API key and secret — generated in the DHL Developer Portal (developer.dhl.com)

Bring credentials

  • Customer number — your Bring customer number
  • API ID and key — generated in the Mybring portal (mybring.com)

Testing your connection

After saving credentials, try creating a test shipment. If the carrier connection is working, services will load after you enter the destination country. If no services appear or an error is shown, double-check your credentials.

Credentials are validated when you first use them to create a shipment, not when you save them. An error at booking time usually means incorrect credentials.
