The ShipCelero MCP server (mcp.shipcelero.com) exposes your ShipCelero account to AI assistants over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard that lets assistants use external tools. With it, an assistant like Claude can look up your shipments, check your usage, and even create shipping labels — always with your explicit confirmation before anything is purchased.
What an assistant can do
- Look up recent shipments, a specific shipment, or a tracking number — including the tracking timeline
- Show shipment statistics: status buckets and top destination countries
- Check your plan and label usage for the current billing period (with the billing permission)
- List your saved sender addresses and package presets
- Fetch a short-lived download link for an existing label PDF
- Create a shipping label through a guided draft flow — recipient, package, service, service point, and customs — ending in an explicit purchase confirmation
What it deliberately cannot do
- It never sees or changes your carrier credentials, shipping settings, or payment details
- It cannot change your ShipCelero settings at all
- It can never buy a label without you approving the exact shipment and its cost impact first

Getting started
