With the Create labels permission on your key, an assistant can prepare and — after your explicit approval — purchase shipping labels. The flow is designed so nothing is ever bought silently.
The guided flow
- 1You describe the shipment ("Create a label for Anna Hansen, Vestergade 1, 8000 Aarhus, 400 g T-shirt") — the assistant starts a draft and asks only for what is missing
- 2It picks or asks for your sender address and a matching package preset
- 3It fetches the available carrier services for the destination — service options carry no per-label prices, because ShipCelero is subscription-based
- 4For service point delivery it lists nearby service points to choose from
- 5If the destination requires customs, it collects the declaration (with the customs permission)
- 6It shows a full review including the exact usage impact — for example "95 of 100 labels remaining, no extra charge", or the exact overage price if your included labels are used up
The confirmation sentence
To approve the purchase you must reply with the exact sentence:
"Confirm purchase and create the label"
Vague phrases like "yes, go ahead" are rejected. If the draft or the usage impact changes after the review, the confirmation expires and the assistant must show you an updated review first.
After booking
The assistant returns the tracking number and a signed label download link that is valid for about 15 minutes — ask for the label again if the link expires. The shipment appears in ShipCelero under Shipments like any other booking.
