Connecting WooCommerce

The WooCommerce integration uses the ShipCelero connector plugin for WordPress. The plugin links your store to one of your carrier integrations in ShipCelero, so labels for WooCommerce orders are booked through your own carrier agreement.

Before you start

• A WordPress site with WooCommerce installed
• A ShipCelero account with at least one active carrier integration — connect one under Settings → Integrations first

Connecting the store

1. 1Install and activate the ShipCelero connector plugin on your WordPress site (available from ShipCelero — contact support if you do not have it)
2. 2From the plugin settings in WordPress, start the connection — your browser is sent to the ShipCelero Connect WooCommerce page
3. 3Sign in to ShipCelero if prompted, and check that the WordPress store shown is yours
4. 4Choose which carrier integration WooCommerce should use for labels, and optionally a default service code
5. 5Click Connect WooCommerce — ShipCelero creates a connection token and sends it back to WordPress automatically

Reconnecting

Running the connection again replaces the previous token — for example after changing carrier. The carrier list marks integrations that already have a WooCommerce connection with "reconnect".
