Your account information is used to pre-fill sender details on shipments and customs declarations. Keeping this up to date saves time on every booking.
Editing your account information
- 1Go to Settings — the Account tab opens first
- 2In the Account information section, update your company name, sender details, and customs information
- 3Click Save account information
Sender details
The sender address is pre-filled as the "From" address on every new shipment and used as the return address on labels. By default the company name is used on labels; tick Include on sender details next to the full name only if the carrier should print a personal contact name too.
Customs information
These identifiers auto-fill CN22/CN23 declarations when customs data is required:
- VAT number — your company VAT registration
- EORI — exporter/importer customs ID
- IOSS — EU import one-stop-shop number
- VOEC — Norway VAT on e-commerce number
Saved senders
If you ship from more than one address or brand, add extra senders in the Saved senders section. During shipment creation you pick the active sender in the Sending from card.
Label and dashboard settings
The Account tab also holds your default label size and the dashboard delay threshold.
