Your account information is used to pre-fill sender details on shipments and customs forms. Keeping this up to date saves time on every booking.

Editing your account information

  1. 1Go to Settings → Account
  2. 2Update your company name, contact name, and address
  3. 3Click Save

Default sender address

The sender address is pre-filled as the "From" address on every new shipment. This is also used as the return address on labels. Make sure it is a complete and accurate address — carriers print this on the label.

Fields explained

  • Company name — your company's trading name
  • Contact name — a specific person's name for carrier communications
  • Address line 1 and 2 — street address
  • Postal code and city
  • Country — must match the country where your shipments originate
  • Phone — used by some carriers for collection notifications
  • Email — your company email for carrier communications
