Resetting your password
- 1Go to the ShipCelero login page
- 2Click Forgot password?
- 3Enter your email address
- 4Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link
- 5Set a new password and log in
Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organisation uses SSO (via Google Workspace or a corporate identity provider), you log in with your company credentials. Password resets are handled by your IT department, not ShipCelero.
Security recommendations
- Use a strong, unique password for your ShipCelero account
- Do not share login credentials with colleagues — add them as separate users instead
- Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised
