Resetting your password

  1. 1Go to the ShipCelero login page
  2. 2Click Forgot password?
  3. 3Enter your email address
  4. 4Check your inbox for the reset email and follow the link
  5. 5Set a new password and log in

Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your organisation uses SSO (via Google Workspace or a corporate identity provider), you log in with your company credentials. Password resets are handled by your IT department, not ShipCelero.

Security recommendations

  • Use a strong, unique password for your ShipCelero account
  • Do not share login credentials with colleagues — add them as separate users instead
  • Contact support if you believe your account has been compromised
