The Etsy Orders page in ShipCelero shows your synced Etsy receipts. From here you can review buyer details, check the items ordered, and create a shipping label for each order.
Syncing orders from Etsy
- 1Go to Etsy Orders in the sidebar
- 2Click Refresh from Etsy to pull the latest open receipts from your shop
- 3New orders appear in the list — each shows the receipt number, buyer name, items, and current fulfilment status
Orders are not synced automatically in the background — click Refresh from Etsy whenever you want to pull in new orders.
Creating a label from an Etsy order
- 1Find the order you want to ship and click Generate label
- 2A draft shipment is created in ShipCelero pre-filled with the buyer's delivery address and the items from the order
- 3Review the shipment details, choose your carrier and service, then confirm the booking
- 4The label PDF is available immediately. Download and print it as normal.
Order fulfilment statuses
- Label not created — no shipment has been booked yet for this order
- Label created — awaiting drop-off — a label has been booked but the package has not been handed to the carrier yet
- Dropped off — the carrier has confirmed receipt of the package
- Tracking sent to Etsy — ShipCelero has successfully submitted the tracking number to Etsy and your buyer has been notified
- Etsy update failed — the tracking submission to Etsy failed; see the Tracking sync article for how to retry
Viewing a shipment
Once a label has been created, click View shipment on the order card to open the full shipment detail page in ShipCelero. You can also reprint the label from there.
