The shipment wizard (New Shipment in the sidebar) walks you through everything needed to book a label: Recipient → Shipping → Customs (only when required) → Confirm. Here is what each step contains.

Sender

The Sending from card at the top of the first step shows the active sender address. Your default sender comes from Settings → Account; if you have saved additional senders, switch between them with the Active sender selector.

Recipient address

Required fields:

  • Name — recipient full name or company name
  • Street address — street and number
  • Postal code and city — validated automatically for supported countries
  • Country — determines available services
  • Phone — required by some carriers and services for delivery notifications
  • Email — optional; used for carrier delivery notifications

Use the Address Book button to reuse a saved contact, and tick Save to address book to store a new recipient for next time.

Package details

On the Shipping step, enter the weight in kilograms and the dimensions (length × width × height in cm). Click a saved package preset to fill the dimensions instantly, or save the current dimensions as a new preset for next time.

Service selection

Services are grouped by carrier and filtered by the destination country. Each connected carrier contributes its available services — if a carrier is missing, check Settings → Integrations. For service point deliveries (for example PostNord MyPack Collect) you choose the service point where the recipient collects the package.

Service options (PostNord)

Some PostNord services have configurable options such as delivery notifications or Return included. These appear below the service selector when available for the selected destination zone.

Customs (international)

Shipments that need a customs declaration get an extra wizard step. ShipCelero detects this automatically and shows which form (CN22 or CN23) applies. See International shipments and customs for details.

Confirm — Review & print label

The final step shows a summary of sender, recipient, package, service, and customs. Review all details — when you click Purchase Label the label is booked with the carrier and the tracking number is reserved. The PDF is available immediately.

Labels cannot be cancelled from within ShipCelero. Contact your carrier directly if you need to void a booked label. If you have used all included labels for the period, ShipCelero shows a confirmation prompt with the exact price of the extra label before booking.

One package per shipment

The manual wizard books one package per shipment. To ship several packages to the same recipient, create a shipment per package. Shopify orders can be split into multiple packages in one flow — see Splitting an order into multiple packages.
