The shipment creation wizard walks you through everything needed to generate a label. Here is what each section contains.

Carrier and service

Choose the carrier first. Once you enter the destination country the service list updates to show only services available for that route. Each service shows an estimated delivery time and any relevant restrictions.

If a carrier is not shown, check that it is connected in Settings → Integrations.

Recipient address

Required fields:

  • Name — recipient full name or company name
  • Address line 1 — street and number
  • Postal code and city
  • Country — determines available services
  • Phone — required by some carriers and services for delivery notifications
  • Email — optional; used for carrier delivery notifications

Package details

Enter the weight in kilograms. Dimensions (length × width × height in cm) are required for some carriers and strongly recommended for accurate rate matching.

Use a saved package preset to fill dimensions instantly if you ship in standard box sizes.

Multi-package shipments

To ship more than one parcel under the same booking, click Add package. Each package gets its own label with an individual tracking barcode. All packages share the same recipient and booking reference.

Service options (PostNord)

Some PostNord services have configurable options such as FlexDelivery (drop in safe place), SMS notifications, or Return included. These appear as checkboxes below the service selector when available for the selected zone.

International shipments

Shipments outside the EU require a customs declaration. ShipCelero detects this automatically and shows the CN22 form as part of the wizard. See International shipments and customs for details.

Booking confirmation

The final step shows a summary. Review all details — once you click Confirm the label is booked with the carrier and the tracking number is reserved. The PDF is available immediately.

Labels cannot be cancelled from within ShipCelero. Contact your carrier directly if you need to void a booked label.
