If you have multiple orders to process, the ShipCelero bulk action lets you create labels for all of them in one guided session without opening each order individually.

Starting a bulk session

  1. 1Go to Orders in Shopify Admin
  2. 2Select the orders you want to ship using the checkboxes on the left
  3. 3Choose Generate Bulk Shipping Labels from the bulk actions
  4. 4The bulk flow opens with the steps Address → Package → Customs → Review

Configuring the orders

  • Address — review the delivery addresses; one order is expanded at a time, the rest stay collapsed
  • Package — set dimensions and weight per order, or use Set for all orders to apply one package preset to every order in the batch
  • Customs — international orders get their declarations here; orders whose customs data cannot be completed are skipped and listed by name
  • Review — a table of every order with its service and status, ready to book

Creating the labels

Click Create N labels (N is the number of ready orders). Booking is partial by design: orders that are ready are booked, incomplete or failing orders are skipped rather than blocking the batch.

Each booked label uses one label from your monthly allowance. Review the count on the button before confirming.

Results, printing, and retries

The result table shows the status per order. Use Print N labels to print everything that booked successfully, and Retry N failed to attempt the failed orders again after fixing the reported problems. Tracking is synced back to each corresponding Shopify order automatically.

For high-volume days, process orders in batches of 10–20 at a time for the best overview.
