If you have multiple orders to process, the ShipCelero bulk order action lets you create labels for all of them in one session without opening each order individually.
Starting a bulk session
- 1Go to Orders in Shopify Admin
- 2Select the orders you want to ship using the checkboxes on the left
- 3Click Bulk actions → Create labels with ShipCelero
- 4The ShipCelero bulk panel opens
Inside the bulk panel
Each order is displayed as a card. You configure each order individually:
- Choose the carrier and service per order (or they may be pre-filled from previous choices)
- Adjust weight and dimensions
- Select zone options for PostNord services
Once all orders are configured, click Create all labels. ShipCelero processes each booking in sequence.
Downloading bulk labels
After all labels are created, each label PDF is available for individual download. Tracking numbers are synced back to each corresponding Shopify order automatically.
For high-volume days, you can process orders in batches. Select 10–20 orders at a time for the best performance.
