ShipCelero integrates into the Shopify order detail page via the order action extension. You can create a label without leaving Shopify.

Opening the ShipCelero extension

  1. 1Open an order in Shopify Admin
  2. 2Click More actions (or scroll to the Order actions section)
  3. 3Select Create shipment with ShipCelero
  4. 4The ShipCelero panel opens in the Shopify interface

Inside the ShipCelero panel

The panel pre-fills the recipient address and order details from Shopify. You then:

  1. 1Choose a carrier and service from the dropdown
  2. 2Review the recipient address (edit if needed)
  3. 3Enter or confirm package weight and dimensions
  4. 4Select any zone options (PostNord only)
  5. 5Confirm and create the label

Downloading the label

After creation, the label PDF opens in a new browser tab for immediate download and printing. The label is also saved in ShipCelero under Shipments.

Fulfilment sync

The tracking number is automatically posted back to the Shopify order. Shopify marks the order as fulfilled and (depending on your Shopify notification settings) sends the customer a shipping confirmation email with the tracking link.
