You change your plan directly on the Billing page. Pick monthly or yearly billing with the interval toggle, then choose a plan.

Upgrading

Choose the new plan and complete the checkout (handled by Stripe). The upgrade takes effect immediately and your label allowance increases at once.

When upgrading from one annual plan to a higher annual plan, the unused value of your current plan is credited automatically — the Billing page shows exactly what you pay today before you confirm.

Downgrading

Downgrades — including Downgrade to Free — are scheduled and take effect at the start of the next billing period. Until then you keep your current plan's allowance, and the Billing page shows the pending change and its effective date.

Cancelling

To stop paying for ShipCelero, downgrade to the Free plan. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Changing or cancelling your plan does not delete your account or shipment history. You can upgrade again at any time.

Payment problems

If a renewal payment fails, the plan shows Payment overdue on the Billing page. Use Update payment method to fix the card — access is restored once payment succeeds.
