You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page.

Upgrading

Go to Billing → Change plan. Select the new plan and confirm. The upgrade takes effect immediately and your label limit increases at once.

If you are on an annual plan and upgrading to a higher annual plan, any unused complete months on your current plan are credited towards the new plan price.

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain your current plan's label limit until the period ends.

Switching from monthly to annual

Switching to an annual plan takes effect immediately and you are charged for the full annual amount. There is no proration of your current monthly period — the annual subscription starts from the day you switch.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, contact support at support@shipcelero.com. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current period.

Cancellation does not delete your account or shipment history. You can resubscribe at any time.
