ShipCelero subscriptions are based on the number of labels you create per month. Each plan includes a set number of label credits that reset at the start of each billing period.
What a label credit covers
Each shipment label you create uses one credit, regardless of carrier, service, or destination. Return labels also use one credit each.
Monthly vs. annual plans
- Monthly — billed each month. Label credits reset on the same date each month.
- Annual — billed once per year at a discounted rate. Label credits reset monthly within the annual period.
Overage labels
If you exceed your monthly label allowance, you can continue creating labels at an overage rate. Overage labels are billed at the end of the month. ShipCelero will show a confirmation prompt before creating a label that would exceed your included limit.
Checking your current usage
Go to Billing in the sidebar. The usage bar shows how many labels you have used this period and how many remain. The next reset date is shown below the bar.
