ShipCelero is a shipping label platform that connects your existing carrier accounts to a single, fast workflow for creating and managing shipments. You bring your own carrier contract — we provide the interface, the label generation, and the tracking.

What you can do

  • Create shipping labels for PostNord, Bring, and DAO
  • Download labels as print-ready PDFs instantly
  • Track all shipments from a single dashboard
  • Create return labels for existing PostNord shipments
  • Handle international shipments with automatic CN22/CN23 customs forms
  • Create labels directly from Shopify orders via our Shopify app
  • Sync Etsy orders and create labels from your Etsy shop receipts
  • Connect AI assistants such as Claude through the ShipCelero MCP server

How it works

  1. 1Connect your carrier account — you need the credentials from your carrier agreement (customer number, API credentials, etc.)
  2. 2Create a shipment — enter the recipient address, package weight, and choose a service
  3. 3Download the label — a print-ready PDF is available immediately after booking
  4. 4Ship the package — hand it over to the carrier or drop it off at a service point
  5. 5Track in ShipCelero — tracking status updates automatically as the package moves

Supported carriers

ShipCelero integrates with the following carriers. You must have an existing business account with each carrier you want to use.

  • PostNord — Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Finland; the primary carrier for Nordic shipping
  • Bring — Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland
  • DAO — Denmark, plus international delivery via daoGLOBAL

GLS and DHL are not currently supported. If you need a carrier that is not listed, let us know at support@shipcelero.com.

Your own rates: ShipCelero does not mark up carrier rates. You use your own negotiated rates directly from your carrier account.

Integrations

  • Shopify — create labels directly from Shopify Admin orders without leaving Shopify
  • Etsy — sync Etsy receipts and create labels; tracking is automatically submitted back to Etsy when the package is dropped off
  • WooCommerce (Beta) — create labels for WooCommerce orders via the ShipCelero plugin
  • MCP / AI assistants — let an AI assistant look up shipments and create labels with your explicit confirmation

What you need to get started

  • A ShipCelero account (you already have one if you are reading this)
  • Credentials from at least one carrier agreement
  • A printer that can print at least A6 size for labels
