The Dashboard gives you a live overview of your shipping activity. Here is what each number means.

Stat tiles

  • Total shipments — every shipment you have booked. Drafts (shipments without a label yet) are not counted.
  • Active — shipments that are booked, dropped off, or en route, and not yet delivered or stopped.
  • Delivered — shipments the carrier has confirmed as delivered.
  • Labels this month — shipments created since the start of the current calendar month.

Delayed shipments

A shipment counts as delayed when it was created more than a set number of days ago and has not been delivered yet. The default threshold is 7 days — you can change it under Settings → Account → Dashboard settings.

If you mostly ship slow international services, raise the delay threshold so normal transit times are not flagged as delays.

Top destinations and status breakdown

The dashboard shows your five most common destination countries (drafts excluded) and a breakdown of shipments by status, so you can spot stuck shipments at a glance.

Drafts and recent shipments

Draft shipments — for example orders imported from Etsy that do not have a label yet — appear in their own panel with a shortcut to finish and print the label. Below that, the ten most recent booked shipments are listed with their current status.

Plan usage

The dashboard also shows how many labels you have used in the current billing period. For full details, open the Billing page.
