PostNord offers several delivery services with different speed, price, and delivery method characteristics. The correct service depends on your destination, parcel size, and whether you want pickup point or home delivery.

MyPack Collect

The recipient picks up the parcel at a PostNord service point (post office, parcel locker, or partner location). You must select a service point when creating the shipment.

Typical transit time: 1–3 business days (domestic Denmark)
Best for: Cost-effective domestic delivery, recipients who prefer pickup flexibility.

MyPack Home

Delivered directly to the recipient's door. If nobody is home, the parcel is typically left at the nearest service point.

Typical transit time: 1–3 business days
Best for: Home delivery, B2C shipments.

Parcel

Standard home delivery service. Similar to MyPack Home but available for a wider range of destinations including Nordic countries.

Business Parcel

Optimised for deliveries to business addresses. Typically delivers during business hours only.

Best for: B2B shipments, office addresses.

Economy Parcel

A slower, lower-cost alternative to standard parcel services. Transit times are typically 3–5 business days.

Best for: Price-sensitive shipments where delivery speed is not critical.

PostNord Express

Priority delivery, often with a guaranteed delivery time (e.g. by 9am, 12pm, or end of day). Available for select routes.

Best for: Urgent shipments, time-sensitive deliveries.

Available services depend on your PostNord agreement. If you do not see a service listed, it may not be enabled on your account. Contact PostNord to add services to your agreement.
