ShipCelero can generate a PostNord return label for any existing outbound PostNord shipment. The return label routes the parcel back to you from the recipient.
Method 1 — After booking
- 1Go to Shipments and open the outbound shipment
- 2Click Create return label
- 3A return shipment is created and appears in your shipments list
- 4Download the return label PDF and send it to your customer
Method 2 — At booking time
For services that support it, enable the Return included zone option when creating the outbound shipment. A return label is generated at the same time and can be downloaded alongside the outbound label. You can include it in the parcel.
What the return label looks like
The return label swaps sender and recipient — your company address appears as the destination and the original recipient is the sender. It has its own tracking number.
Return label credit usage
Creating a return label uses one label credit, the same as an outbound label.
