PostNord organises destinations into delivery zones. The zone determines which services and additional options are available for a shipment.
Zone overview
- Domestic (DK) — within Denmark; broadest service selection including MyPack Collect
- Nordic — Sweden, Norway, Finland; most domestic-style services
- Europe — EU and nearby European countries
- World — all other destinations; fewest services, customs declaration required
How zones affect your shipment
- Services available — some services only exist for domestic or Nordic zones
- Additional service options — features like FlexDelivery or SMS notifications may only be available in certain zones
- Transit time — generally increases with zone distance
- Customs — World zone shipments require a CN22 customs declaration
Zone assignment
Zone assignment by country is configured in ShipCelero by the platform administrator. If you believe a country is in the wrong zone or a service is missing, contact support.
When you select a destination country in the shipment wizard, ShipCelero automatically filters the service list to show only the services and options available for that zone.
