PostNord MyPack Collect requires you to select a service point (pickup location) where the recipient will collect the parcel. ShipCelero shows a map and list of nearby service points based on the recipient's postal code.
Selecting a service point
- 1In the shipment wizard, choose MyPack Collect as the service
- 2Enter the recipient's postal code and country
- 3A map and list of nearby service points appears
- 4Select the service point closest and most convenient for the recipient
- 5The selected service point address is stored with the shipment
Types of service points
- Post office — staffed PostNord location
- Parcel locker — automated 24/7 locker; recipient gets a code to collect
- Partner location — supermarket, convenience store, or similar PostNord partner
Notifying the recipient
When the parcel arrives at the service point, PostNord notifies the recipient by SMS or email (depending on what was specified at booking). The notification includes the collection code (for lockers) or the name of the location.
The service point is printed on the label and is part of the carrier booking. It cannot be changed after the label is created. If the recipient wants a different location, the parcel must be redirected through PostNord directly.
