ShipCelero supports creating return labels for PostNord shipments. Return labels allow your customer to send a parcel back to you using the same carrier.
Creating a return label from the shipment page
- 1Open the shipment you want to create a return for
- 2Click Create return label in the shipment action menu
- 3A return label is generated and appears as a separate shipment in your list
- 4Download and send the return label PDF to your customer
Including a return label at booking time
Some PostNord services allow you to include a pre-printed return label in the parcel at the time of booking. Look for the Return included option in the service options section when creating the outbound shipment.
Return label tracking
Return labels have their own tracking number and appear as a separate entry in your shipments list with the type marked as Return. Tracking updates the same way as outbound shipments.
Label credits
Each return label uses one label credit from your monthly allowance, the same as an outbound label.
