If you always ship in the same few box sizes, package presets let you select dimensions instantly rather than entering them manually each time.

Creating a preset

  1. 1Go to Package Sizes in the sidebar
  2. 2Click Add preset
  3. 3Give the preset a name (e.g. "Small box") and enter length, width, height in cm
  4. 4Optionally set a default weight
  5. 5Save

Using a preset

During shipment creation, the package details section shows a row of preset buttons at the top. Click a preset to fill the dimension fields instantly. You can still edit any field after selecting a preset.

Tips

  • Name presets by size or use-case: "Envelope", "Small box", "Large box", "Tube"
  • Dimensions are in centimetres; weight in kilograms
  • You can have as many presets as you need
  • Presets are shared across your account — all users in your company see the same presets
