ShipCelero shows the current status of every shipment on the Shipments page and in the shipment detail view.

Where to find tracking information

  • The Shipments list shows a status badge for each shipment
  • Click a shipment to open the detail page, which shows the full tracking timeline
  • The tracking number is visible on the detail page and can be copied to clipboard

Manual refresh

Tracking events are fetched from the carrier automatically, but you can force a refresh from the shipment detail page by clicking the Refresh tracking icon next to the last tracking event.

Sharing tracking with recipients

The tracking number on the detail page links directly to the carrier's public tracking page. You can share this link with your customer.

Shopify tracking sync

If you booked the label from Shopify via the ShipCelero app, the tracking number is automatically posted back to the Shopify order. Shopify will then send a fulfilment notification email to your customer with the tracking link.

For the best customer experience, make sure the recipient email or phone number is entered at booking time so the carrier can also send direct delivery notifications.
