All ShipCelero labels are PDF files. The label is stored with the shipment, so you can print or download it again at any time from the shipment page.

Printing from the shipment page

  • Print label — opens the browser print dialog with the label sized correctly
  • Download PDF — saves the label file so you can print it from any PDF viewer

The page shows the print size in millimetres so you can check it matches your paper or label stock.

Default label size

Under Settings → Account → Label settings you can choose the default size used for preview and print when the carrier does not return explicit dimensions: Label, A5, or A4. Label is recommended for shipping labels.

Label printers

Thermal label printers (4×6" / 103×199 mm class) work well: select the printer in the print dialog and make sure the paper size matches your label rolls. On a regular A4 printer, print the label and attach it with a self-adhesive pouch, or fold an A4 sheet.

Fixing scaling problems

If barcodes come out too small, blurry, or cut off:

  • Set print scale to 100% — never "fit to page" on label printers
  • Check that the selected paper size matches the label size shown on the shipment page
  • Print from the downloaded PDF instead of the browser if the dialog keeps rescaling
Test-scan the barcode with your phone camera after printing. If your phone can read it, the carrier scanners can too.

Reprinting

Open the shipment at any time and use Print label or Download PDF again. Reprinting does not use an extra label from your allowance.
